Conference Overview

FDOT and Consultant Project Managers, accelerate your career at the ACEC Florida | FDOT Project Management Conference. The conference will include the following types of sessions:

Hotel Reservations

ACEC Florida has secured a room block at Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The group rate is $229 per night plus tax and a $10 *hotel fee. Hotel Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, April 15, 2026.  Upon completing your registration, you will receive the room block link within your confirmation email.

The Government group rate is $190 per night plus tax and a $10 *hotel fee. Government Hotel Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Government Employees: All taxes will be waived upon arrival and presentation of a Certificate of Exemption. This right is exclusively for government employees. 

*Hotel fee includes internet in guest room, basic internet in convention & meeting space, one-time welcome resort beverage (two coupons per room, per stay), daily shuttle to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Universal Studios. 

Hotel Check-In: 4:00 pm

Hotel Check-Out: 11:00 am

*All attendees arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. Hotel Guest Service Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early and for attendees on departure day. *

Parking

ACEC Florida has secured a 50% discount on self-parking (currently $40 per day). Valet parking has no discount and is $54 per day, plus applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Substitutions

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES | ACEC Florida Team here. Registrations may be refunded less a $50 service fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time, however, if a non-member replaces a member, the non-member registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed as a $50 service fee.
