Hotel Information
The group rate is $179 per night plus tax, hotel fee of $25 per room per night.
Reservations must be made on or before, Wednesday, May 14th, 2025.

Cancellation, Refunds, & Substitutions
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the FES | ACEC Florida Team at Meridith Glass. Registrations
may be refunded less a $50 service fee if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff will not receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time, however, if a non-member
replaces a member, the non-member registration pricing will apply. Substitutions made onsite will be assessed a $50 service fee.
Outstanding Project Awards
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC Florida), annually recognizes outstanding achievement by its member firms in accomplishing Florida transportation projects. Firms are nominated for awards in seven project award categories:
Outstanding Major Project, Outstanding Design-Build or CM at Risk Project, Outstanding Roadway Project, Outstanding Bridge Project, Outstanding PD&E / Planning Project, Outstanding Environmental Project, Outstanding Special Project and Outstanding
Safety Project. Nominations for each award category may be submitted annually by each of the seven FDOT Districts, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and by the Central Office.
