ACEC Florida Transportation Committee Quarterly Meeting

The Transportation Committee is concerned with issues that impact the business of consulting engineering. This committee maintains a liaison with the Florida Department of Transportation, and also proposes and implements transportation-related activities and programs of interest to ACEC Florida membership.

• 9:00 am - 9:45 am | Registration and check-in
• 10:00 am - 2:00 pm | Quarterly Meeting

Please choose from one of the following THREE entrée options:

1. Grilled Chicken with Seasonal Vegetables and Quinoa
2. Seared Salmon with Seasonal Vegetables and Quinoa
3. Gluten Free and Vegan Option: Crispy Eggplant (Non-Dairy), Quinoa with Seasonal Vegetables
   

Important Deadlines and Policies

• Registration will close on March 13 or when capacity is reached. (115)
• Cancellations will be accepted through March 6.
• Substitutions will be honored through March 18 and entrée selections cannot be changed. Refunds or credit for future meetings are not permitted.
• You must be an ACEC-FL firm member in good standing to participate in these meetings. Please remember to be signed into your ACEC-FL INDIVIDUAL MEMBER profile to register.
• Please confirm that your PERSONAL first and last name appear on your registration form and NOT your firm name.
• Discounted parking will be made available with specific details sent out in the “Know Before You Go” package. There is no room block or courtesy rate so please make your individual reservations accordingly.
