RESERVATIONS

The Hawks Cay Resort & Villas Reservation Block has group rates starting at $319 per night. This rate does not include applicable state taxes and fees. All board members are responsible for securing and paying for their reservations. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. All cancellations must be received 7 days before the check-in date, or the hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. All reservations must be received by Thursday, March 26, 2026.

The Resort Fee has been waived for our group; however, the group will still receive the following benefits:

• Wireless Internet
• Tram Transportation throughout the resort
• Complimentary access to Hawks Cay Health Club and Coral Cay
• In Room Coffee (Hotel Only)
• Local and Toll-Free Calls
• Unlimited use of Putting Course, Sports Field, Hard and Clay Court Tennis Facilities
• Unlimited use of Kayaks and Paddleboards in the Hawks Cay Saltwater Lagoon

Hawks Cay Resort & Villas charges a Destination Marketing Fee of $5.00 per day/room and a Community Impact Fee of $3.00 per day/per room. The Community Impact Fee is used by the hotel to provide benefits to the local community.

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for a late checkout may impose a half-day rate.

You will receive the hotel reservation link in the registration confirmation email.

PARKING

Self-parking fees for our group are waived. Valet parking is available at $40 per day, per vehicle.
