D4 Design Consultant Industry Forum

FDOT District 4, in partnership with ACEC-FL, will host its Design Consultant Industry Forum on Tuesday, September 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The forum will bring together FDOT and Consultant Project Managers for a morning of networking, guidance, and practical information on key initiatives, processes, and expectations in District 4. Attendees will hear from Consultant Project Managers and representatives from various District 4 offices, who will share updates, best practices, and lessons learned to help improve project delivery and the overall quality of consultant work.

The forum will be held in person in the FDOT District 4 Rick Chesser Auditorium and virtually via TEAMS. Each topic will be presented in a 15-minute format, followed by 5–10 minutes for Q&A, providing attendees with an opportunity to ask questions and engage with the presenters.

Registration
Attendance is limited to two in-person representatives per consulting firm. The registration fee is $4 per person. A light continental breakfast, including bagels, pastries, coffee, and water, will be provided.

There is no registration required for virtual attendees.
